At S.O.A.R., we believe everyone deserves a helping hand during life’s transitional moments. We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to walking alongside individuals during times of transition and economic self-sufficiency.

At S.O.A.R., our mission is rooted in compassion, inclusion, and community support. We offer a broad range of services—from food and clothing assistance, military support to employment services. As a registered provider with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), we are proud to support VR customers on their path to independence and success.

We are committed to building inclusive workplaces by empowering people with varying needs and underserved communities. Through access to vital resources, personalized support, education, and advocacy, we help individuals navigate transitional periods and connect with meaningful employment opportunities.
